Dear Friends, I m planning to shift Pakistan I have a residential plot in one of the good location of Islamabad and will start construction soon but it will take not less then 2 years to shift in the said house.

So any of you can help me in searching a house in area of G-11 preferably a house of 30x60 for a family of 4 members, ground portion, with car parking near mosque and a market are close by.

What I have come to know through different sources that a house of this size should be 20 - 23 thousand again it’s negotiable.

I want to know what is the current price of a 80x40 plot in Sector G14/3 Islamabad. I think it was on installments allotted to govtl officials so in ideal case i would like to know the price in terms of full installments paid for the plot.
