Per my knowledge (it may not be correct) the re-ballot relates to only 4 blocks. Files where payments were made on time (without penalty/surcharges) will be given plots.
Some people who have paid premiums for more desirable blocks such as Bluebell, Oleander may loose out and may be given plots in worse off locations.
Overall, a step in the right direction as Islamabad property market is stagnant do not see huge gains in any case. |
