I would strongly suggest to check all the old threads related to DHA Valley / DHA Valley Overseas on this forum to get the up-to-date knowledge.

In my opinion this investment is not a short term investment. There are three partners on this project, DHAI, Bahria and Habib Rafique LTD. If they fulfil their promises like pace of development, handover date etc then your investment will be flourished.
As of today, they have met all promises and targets. If they are going with same pace then I am not seeing anything wrong with this investment.
Two years ago I personally visited the site and location is very good indeed. You are getting 8 Marla plot with 8 lac investment and plus you are paying this amount in instalments. I have to say that you cannot get a 8 Marla plot even in a village by paying 8 lac rupees. Keep in mind I am talking about plots not files. As of today your file has been converted to a plot.

You can check your plot number and block name by providing your registration and CNIC numbers from following URL:

i am trying to get knowledge about my plot by adding my registeration number
and
NIc number
also passport number
in overseas phase DHAI balloting
but
it is saying no record ..i have paid all dues as was also confirmed from DHAI before ballot..
can any one give the way how to know results>>>

may be very little numbers of plots balloted, or the result is only for DHA valley instead of Oversea Block. tomorrow will be clear inshallah.

I have also tried the same result, "record not found"

All,
I am not sure about overseas block but I have verified at least three plots for different people in DHA Valley. You may have to wait couple of days for overseas block. I would suggest to call them for more details.

You solved my problem because we tried but record not found and this is not possible "so there is some technical reason" or plots balloted only for "DHA-VALLEY" Wait for a while we will get the number.

Thank you Sleepless but that is not a detailed map i.e. something on which you can search through a plot number. May be another of Bahria's gimmic.

there is seperate link for DHA Valley and DHA Overseas, go to www.dhai.com.pk and follow from there, the results are also there.

I can see my overseas block results

i am upset with my DHA valley as i paid all installments etc on time but due to their internal problem they have not applied my money correctly and thinks that i did not made all the payment thus result is not there, been sending them emails and phone and need to follow up again.

I still cann't check plot number by using NIC and reg. no. My plot is in DHA Valley overseas (Aug 08) and not in DHA Valley Overseas Block (launched in Sep 08). Any one having the same problem (asim and akhtar posted yesterday)?

DHA Islamabad has one word, Record not found or payment not received.
I have not seen so bad finiance and cheater department in the world it is only in DHA Islamabad Overseas Block. May be they are part time or relatives of Office bearers.
