I just want an estimate on the price of a unit in blue area. The unit cosists of one shop, one basement and two offices.
The unit is facing toward the Blue Area avenue (main road) and is right next to Rahat Bakers?
Any idea on the price with possession?

Unforunately I dont have the unir number or anything... just the location i.e the plaza adjacent to Rahat Bakers facing Blue Area boulevard.
I have been offered the whole unit with possession at around Rs. 30 million.
Just want an idea if its a good investment? |
