All such measures are taken to support the falling prices and property market at large. Reality is that there is a complete foggy atmosphere and nothing can be predicted with certainity. I must suggest everyone to take extra care as properties market is also linked with the country's overall economic and political situation. If someone is more sensitive about investment, my opinion will be to find other investment opportunities.
Anyhow every thing is based on hypothetical analysis of various factors and unfortunately for Pakistan we can't exactly see what we wish for. Possibility still exist that the files which are being claimed to be hard to find, may be available at further losses even in the coming days. And if a miracle happens it can be vice versa. |
