Dear CMY,
In reply to your advertisement for sale of three 10 M Parkview files I would want to know your opinion as to why one should buy these files i.e. expectations. Especially, when your advise to holders is to sell files ASAP.

because those pv files which are converted into plots are giving 100% increase. current rate of 10M is 17 lacs, while plot is between 35-40lcas. sooner or later, ballot of these files has to be done. |
