you will not get your right mr. mughal, unless you and other file holders don't knock the door of supreme court. I have no doubt that the pakistani nation is caught up in a vicious circle of housing sector mafia. They sell the files before they acquire lands, and then people wait for years to get their plots. Just check that Malik Riyadh is spending millions every day on "Dastarkhawan" but don't deliver plots to the people who have paid all of the dues. Same is DHA where people pay the price and then wait for years as when the balloting will happen, when the possession will be made, when people will be able to build their homes. It is much pathetic.
