Dear Brothers Assalamo Alaikum!
I want a 5 marla plot / house in a fully developed populated area of Islamabad that is close to NUML Islamabad or Islamic University. Which one the best choice? Please help me with your sincer advice and comments.

I have bought a 25x60 doubled story house on Main Chambeli Road I-10/2 almost next to NUML for Rs. 85 lacs. It's a renovated house with four beds, two DDs, two kitches, five baths and has a basement. It is fully tiled with very good quality wood work / fittings etc.
