I have paid all the installments for xtra large apartment in this scheme-GDA VIPApartments- by the builder Nobal hart. The project was supposed to be completed in July,09 according to the agreement but after they got full amount of total cost, they stopped communication either in writing or by phone. All the phone numbers are disconnected.Could anyone please help me find out about this mystery.I invested most of my saving into this project and now that I feel I have lost everything caused by my own country fellowmen, breaks my heart. I reside in US and cannot pursue this matter personally.If you have any source, please help me.The company is on GDA NOC list. Thanks

no its not the company is very much in place and they are running their bussiness as usual from there old offices. in fact just visited their offices located on clifton bridge about my plot.and was very much satisfied. you an contact them on the nos. -

Hi Barbul,
I know about this project and company a bit. All the projects in Gwadar were temporarily stopped but the news of starting them again are there very soon. So, be patient and hope for the best. If you have invested in this company your investment is safe as this is an A+ ranked company in GDA ranking

we also have invest in gwadar ploting
but all plot are under n.o.c from gda
gda telling if you have noc then don't worry
all clint are save because of n.o.c
