NFC 2 problems are many Fold, The plus points are they have Got Clear land and possession and Made Bluvard. But they Could Not develop more Land, I heard than most of people who were early investors Got files very expensive, [at one time 5.75 paid file was sold in 18 lac], Due to sheer loss they are not paying Installments for development charges, It is also said that most of NFC holders are insiders ie from Society itself so they are not paying.
Now when Inflation is soaring it looks impossible for NFC to develop the society. Now It can be attractive option for Bahria to take over this society, But what Bahria will get out of It. As most of the Plots are already owned by people. I am not what is ratio of plots still with NFC administration and what about Commercials. Will Bahria Impose more development charges like DHA did in Parkview. These are the answers to be answered by any insider. But it is 1st time we are hearing such a proposition is possible.

Bahria town management is bribing NFC2 management for delaying & not doing any development so its not difficult for them to merge NFC2 into Bahria town.

Bahria town intend to re design map and a lot more commercial plots will be added to make money.

One major advantage for Bahria Town is that by merging NFC phase 2 BT will get direct Main Boulevard access from Multan Road. And also God knows how many assets of NFC 2 and surrounding area are already with Malik Riaz & company. Local patwaris may know better.
