Rawalpindi / Islamabad will take minimum 15 years to reach up to
DHA Valley

DHA Homes in DHa valley are under construction.
you can view some update on earth goodle you will
see some earth work on ground.

DHA has to develop DHA Homes, otherwise they cannot develop Valley!
3500 units of DHA Homes will surely make a good impact on the Valley’s buying value.
They have started DHA Homes on a fast track. One can go and see the development work on ground.
There is no more mystery in DHA Homes now! You can see tremendous work going on now!

If DHA fails to deliver the units in time, they have to pay the rents to the owners on monthly basis!
Well they are paying there in DHA Villas! I cannot see any reason that they would refuse to pay for DHA Homes?

By the Way,
Places like bhara kahu (Zone 4 ICT) are even cheaper than 1 lakh per marla. infact they are more like 80k these days.

So DHa is not cheap.

DHA valley is cheap because the other places are only charging land price. DHA valley brochure indicates that the price charged by DHA includes development charges as well. That is why it is cheap
