can any one put some light on Emaar housing project Islamabad? Whats your views? Future prospect ?

its not 45km from islamabad..... well it depends from where u start counting. A standard marked by CDA is 'Zero Point' from where distance is calculated in islamabad; therefore, from 'zero point' it is 25KM.

Dear All,

I think , while considering a place for residence, every individual should take into consideration (as main important factor) the following,

1. Distance to his/her place of work.
2. Distance to educational institutions suitable for the children.
3. Distance to daily provision store (Grocery)

Further, since we are an energy deficit state, we need to limit/eliminate unnecessary travel.
