Dha valley Last Installment Deffered,

Dear Ramzan,

As someone earlier posted the same, I would say that I think they have deferred/delayed last installment due to mounting pressure by allottees. They have realized that after paying all dues, people will ask them for possession which would not be available for next 7-8 year as no development work is being done in this project. Please search Google for DHA Valley information. You will find that project land is not available anymore after SC order to Panjab Government for retreival of proposed dam site land which BT and DHA changed without any authority. Only way out I see is SC suo moto action or submission of application in SC.

It is a great setback to people including a very large number of members from Forces. It has disheartened Overseas Pakistani in particular who confided in DHA and paid all charges on time. SC must take notice of it since it is well informed through print and electronic media of great injustice being done. All Members of DHA Valley should demand profit on the total ammt deposited with DHA @ RATES EQUAL TO KABOR + SURCHARGE DHA levies on defaulters since DHA has failed miserably to honor its commitments to delivere possession of developed plots as promised.

Dear all,
Is there anyway, that we can send our concerns and apprehensions to some media personnel, who can call some responsible individuals from DHA Islamabad for depiction of true picture. This is my personal opinion.My point is everyone of us should come-up with some idea to handle this situation, which is becoming ambiguous day by day.

I think everyone of us should file an application/send email to the Supreme Court. The more people we can get to send the applciation, the better it will be.

I called today morning to DHAI office at EXt.284, the guy who attended my call he said we deffered only Dha Valley 12th installment because the development will complete in 2013 and members were requesting that please delay our last payment till development completion. I asked Govt. of Punjab announced dam there on Dha valley location and dhai lost land about 2300 acres. He said no its not true development is going on same area.

@Ramzan,

DHA guys lie to people in their face. No development work is being done. Next time visit their office and tell them to show the site where development is being done. They will make excuses but will never be able to show development evidence. Check out Google Earth latest image of May 2011 and older one, you will not find any difference at all.

Dear All:
I am resident of Islamabad and have plot in DHA valley. I personally visited area of DHA valley and I have seen development work is going on in the area; thru in some blocks, it is not very fast.
You should not believe on remours. DHA is well reputed organization having its own rules & rugulations approved from govt.

People will not allow them to eat billions of Rupee...My family had personally visited the site..But none of them were satisfied...
