any body wil advise about development progress of lily block. we are worried about its development. also confirm when possession will be given by dha valley of lily block

developement is very slow , About 25 kilometers far from Islamabad on Kallar Syedan Road ,Investors of this scheme will have to wait for next 10 years for their return. This is the reason that prices are rapidly falling down day by day .Not good for short term investment

the worst project I have ever seen of DHA and very disappointed they focussed oversea and below average people.

Even if this got developed in coming years after 10 years are so will reflect as a like Bahari colony made after 1971 war.

What abaout EMAAR because they just DHA valley neibhors? just on 4 Km? why they will be Bahari coloni? why Rawat will not bahari coloni, PAEC housing coloni will not bhari coloni?

The project is adjacent to DHA phase 2 ext, It will never to b a behari colony.Its only the pressure game , yes its true taht project pace is slow, but it doesnot mean that its a totally sinked scheme.

Bhatti sb , lily block is at reasonable location , close to DHA homes , as DHA homes will be completed nd offer , the blocks adjacent to it will be ready for possession , but it may take another year.

thanks for your response. would you like to advise how much work is done at lily block. Are you visit the site of lily. is it beneficial after one year or suitable for residenc after one year.

Bhatti sb , to be honest , till now the DHA homes are not ready and offered for occupation.so our time will come after that, when DHA Homes will be offer for the occupation ,the future of those blocks who are adjusant to the DHA homes will be good as they will lie in a close vacinityto DHA homes as compared to the rest blocks which are far away situated.
Development work is very very SLOW. lets c , it will be a great achievement if they offer us plot after 1 year , butit will nt a a suitable place to live even after 2 /3 years.

The future of IRIS block is unfortunate not very good, as if u see the map provided by DHA VALLEY, its current location is in extreme eastern side of valley , i am not saying that its totaly flop area, but it will take really a long time to be developed, as currently the development works is being initiated from the western side near DHA phase 2 ext.
any way wait and if can can deposit the total amount its good as there is a strong chance taht DHA managemnt will re ballott the plots among those mebers who have completed their dues. so in taht case u may be able to get a plot in the developed sector.
rest u ppl may also gather info from other sources.
