the story of DHA Valley scam published in local media and carried by this blog was pretty disturbing. no follow up on that is visible anywhere. the paper should have carried out some investigative research and apprise its readers on the factual position. surprisingly even DHA Isld is silent on it and so is its joint venture partner? i would suggest that that the newspaper that carried the story must now follow it up as its professional and moral duty and publish a full feature on the Scheme and the Scam. can some body meanwhile comment on the story and update on the situation on ground.

Dear no positive sign , no development work , even it seemz that they dnt have a solid intension to develop this scheme,even the marked space for different blocks as shown in map is presently held by villagers in that area. yes this state is really disturbing, but what can normal ppl can do ? Salute to DHA for this faradi pan and fankari.

My understanding is certain blocks and construction work is well on the way, infact they plan to deliver overseas block next year.

People on ground are requested to input and people with no idea who only wish to spread bad news, may be to reduce market price and buy are encouraged to stay quite

you are requested to not to Comment about something, if you are not sure, the development work is going well..... than how can someone pass such statement without confirming or checking properly....

project is delayed but will be delivered.construction of dha homes is almost complete and will be delivered soon,problem is that people had not paid the installments. so they will redraw the plots and hand over to the ones who had paid, although some land acusition problem is also there which will be settled soon.dha is trusted institution , have a heart.there can be a delay there will be no fraud inshallah

All I can say is that DHAI management has really squandered any or all goodiwll it had. If they are going to act just like any other Property/Real Estate Tycoon (read Malik Riaz), than who can we trust because it seems like the military is also only interested in making money. I think the Army high command should take notice, because not only common citizen (read civilians)but many army personnel also applied in DHA Valley. It's good that someone has the courage to forward this case to NAB. I have also been thinking of filing a petition in the Supreme Court. If the developer does not meet his committments, they should pay interest on the amounts submitted because they charge interest on late payments.

I agree with Sleepless. DHA used to be an extremely competent and selfless institution that was totally upright,honest and committed to its members. It would stick to the timelines and deliver far more than what it would recover and would listen to its members. in case of any delay it would explain it fully and honestly and compensate its members for any impending delay.It is only now that it is keeping in the dark and finding new ways and means to squindle them. No denying the fact that Valley is a mega project that would take time to complete. But then it should have realised it earlier and phased it out like in lahore or karachi and delivered on time.
