I think people in this forum are much interested in DHA than other so cities please also discuss the scope of other societies as well.I want to know about LDA avenue development status.Is there any construction activity start? Secondly for low budget like 25 lac how it seems to invest in canal garden.

Will you advice that one should sell possession commercial plot from BT Lahore and invest in files e.g;
1- 15 Million in DHA Phase 9 4 marla file
2- 3 Million in DHA multa 1 kanal file
3- 2.8 Million in DHA Gujrawala 1 Kanal file..

Kindly, your sincere and brotherly advice as my current commercial plot is fully paid, possession plot and it is not in one of the prime location in BT Lahore..

when we talk about location of a block it means location within DHA otherwise infrastructure of DHA is more a less same, even keep improving with time. I believe DHA-9 is a better located block then DHA-7 (leaving few blocks aside )

do monitor and look at the daily rates just think off How prestigious it is to have 1K plot in DHA-9 at as low price as 46.40. DHA-9 is best located and price wise and sure will give much better return then any other investment in Lahore real estate business.

I’m looking for a Pure Sign Wave UPS, I would appreciate if someone advise the best pure sign wave UPS available in Pakistan.
I’ll use the AGS battery, but for UPS I really don’t know for which I should go for, I checked the market and shop keeper is saying all are good, and some are saying the most expensive is good one.
