Construction service charges

How much percentage of total construction cost should I pay someone who built a 4 marla plaza for me. I paid for material, labor, contractors, etc separately. This person managed everything for me. He supervised the whole project.
Please reply urgently

Fast pace development promise

If it takes one year for DHA to despatch prism intimation letters,

How long will it take it to develop thousands of acres?

Who is hoping for possession in 3 years? We r hoping for dev completion in four years (in feb 20) & block by block possession in next two years to be completed in feb 22 (Inshallah). You looks a voyager who surely missed his shuttle. Do not be dishearten. There will be occasions when you can be benefited if you keep your mind broaden and hope for the best for others.

You will get the Possesion in prism in about 15 years at least. Your next generation will get to see the fully develop prism. People don't realize there is still huge phase 6,7 and 8 to be develop which will at least take min 10 years to develop than prism turn will come.

The day before yesterday, I passed through the road along with rohi drain and saw the road compaction work on main 150 ft. road of prism. Perhaps, its the road linking oval complex and rohi drain (just my wild guess because of Nishat Dyeing factory). My apologies as I couldn't take photographs because of the trafic mess infront of the factory.

The DHA will be able to complete the work within given time or not that's what time will tell. What seems very clear is DHA is trying its best.

the first ad abouot prism ballotting appeared in
newspapers on 1st may 2015. that there would be fast
track development which would take approximately 3
years. now almost one year is gone. where is the fast
track development.

Dear Brother.. I am also customer like you but fast track infrastructure has been started. Pictures are available on different website. People who visited recently told that boundary wall on different block almost completed. Company who got the contract also told that they have to complete within 3 years. DHA lean the lesson from previous mistakes....

@abd: A year has gone by and even the boundary wall is not complete. So people expect that in 3 years, all roads, infrastructure, parks will be completed. If DHA develops even one block fully in 3 years and gives possession, I will consider it an achievement. Glad I bought plots in the upper blocks!

@ All yes you all are right that balloting is has done one year ago in May end 2015. But @ All development is just starts in february 2016. So @ All wait till alleast February 2019. Yes Umer Dha has learn a lot from its previous mistakes now time to prove. Fast track developments proves to be a new era of development for PRISM prisoners. "In sha ALLAH".
@ SubCon very lucky to got plots in upper blocks. Best of Luck @ All

I purchased a plot in phase 9 prism 2 months Back and got it transferred in my name in DHA phase 6 office. I also got its intimation letter in my name after 15 working days. Now I came to know that someone else is selling it from last 4 days. Please guide what should i do. Is it possible for someone else to sell it. Should i contact DHA in this regard ??? Please guide :h

How do you know someone is selling your plot, may be its a misunderstanding ,many people dont put down their real plot number and just say near xyz plot, or by mustake put up a wrong plot number.

If you plot has been transferred on your name then its ok you safe. But if not been transferred yet then its risky, go and check because something like that happend withme in Year 2011.

Dr Anjum, i dont think there is anything to worry about, i think its just a misunderstanding, if someone was trying to sell your plot they would have tried to do it secretly through some dealer and not be advertising the plot on the internet

You should not worry at all. If you are still concerned, just contact DHA admin and report the dealer for unethical advertising of your plot, or call the dealer and warn him to edit the advertisement.
