Sorry for no or late anseres

All friends are informed due to joints pain I have been very slow or non responsive to SMS emails or LRE WhatsApp groups and direct messages answering. I am deeply sorry for that. I am not ignorant. Only not in good health to answer like I use to to do when I was healthy.

My condition gets worst with weather sudden weather changes so I am suffering these days. On most days after heavy pain killers I have no energy left to do any thing at all most of the day :(

Dear CMY, hope Allah gives you good health soon. As whatsapp is not available on a larger gadget such as iPad, your back pain can be aggravated if you use your cell phone too much as its all linked to the neck, spine and back. You should shift to Viber or some app that is also available on desktop as that will save you a lot of pain. If you get time do check there is some problem with my registeration, it does not recognise my password.

DHA Ballots Transfer exp

It's is notice that DHA ballots plot transfer are very much expensive as compared routine way for new purchaser.
Because it's required full white amount with full ratio of taxes as mentioned in list for transfer. While in routine purchaser bear taxes on DC rates only that are too low. Ballot plot are more than triple charges taxes from routine.
It will increase its cast and as well decrease it value for investment.
What's it's impact on market will seem next?

There was time when people used to buy property as per their needs (For own home or for their sons or daughters to gift after marriage). Price increase was very much normal. But then investor came into picture. Property started to go high with rocket speed. DHA present offer was for genuine buyers. Investors again took maximum shares as single investors applied for 100s plots. These high transfer rate will discourage to investors and support genuine buyers to keep plots in posassion. At the end investor will win again as they will raise demand and give boom to properties they owned already. From that earni g they will pay to DHA. Ahmad bhai you did very well analysis of property issue. It's observed that full DC rates and full price on taxes will decrease it's demand in market.
For example in phase 3 normal DC prices are 81 lac and transfer are near 7 lac. But here in ballot prices are nearly double as well transfer are double in taxes.

Khalid sb, if I am not wrong you are selling this plot since 3-4 months now and if I can recall you were asking 385 lacs for it.. So what is your expectation now because it just look like a market rate check rather than serious sale of this plot .. If you are needy then you should proceed with at least 450 lacs instead of asking 600 lacs to address your personal need and also get prayers from whomever will buy it
