Last 4 years had been debacle for property and it’s still not over yet. People are losing their revenue by keeping the property since inflation is hitting along with rupee devaluation prediction in coming 2-3 years.

Government must push the economy some way or the other else further falls are going to hurt people a lot

The craze of overcease has taken the property market at dead end. No business can florish due to High demand of rent and overheads.

The investments of overcease made 10% population who were holding some properties very rich and lateron these 10% switched their investments to Dollar and Gold. Depression on Rupee decreased investments of overcease which are now near to bordar line.

In this game of hide and seek majority of population has been thrown out from the race to construct their own home and to do a small business to keep their soul bounded with their body.

The local investors will continúe to weep for more or less 5 years as majority of their properties are availe for rent.
