Multan people would definitely love to live towards Bosan roadside and as you know U sector is towards matital so that's negative. Plus 10km distance is the issue.

But people say that these distances do not matter in DHA's in long term Secondly your plot is near to developed plots.

Dear under developed blocks where lot of work has been done like M Q will soon get possession because DHA Multan intend to do populate the central area and the prices in these blocks are higher than any other blocks ranging between 60 to 75

Even N block is also very ideal to live in where 02 Kanal plots exist and few 01 kanal plots .it is expected that DHA might announce some mega project in the no possession area like big recreational area or five star hotel etc because they have acquired lot of land in that area . Once the announcement is made prices will shoot up. And keep in mind that N block is located at two Main Boulevard and to main commercial hub.
