Exactly. So even less buyers now. The Govt plans to increase it further in the next budget in June to bring it to 80% of actual value. I see further drop in prices after that. Secondly you have to justify a much larger amount to FBR after the increase.

Government needs more taxes. They have already squeezed salaried class, max tax on petrol and diesel, witholding tax on everything, 200 percent duty on cars. The only sector left was real estate. Govt knows that people invest all their money in this sector, so it knows that it can get billions from it. Taxes on this sector will continue to increase, plus FBR will go after anyone who invests a large amount in property. Therefore the sector will not see the kind of gains it saw from 2102 to 2106 when plot prices tripled in 4 years. Now prices will stay stagnant for the next 4 to 5 years

Very major impact. Most buyers are non-filers, this will reduce dramatically the pool of buyers of 1 Kanal Prism.

YES, it will be take it 10 years to be ready for construction...it is a phase of almost equal size as prism and even 'fast-track' development will cause it 10 years , as we have seen in prism...
its an investment of 46+transfer cost+dc=70 lac, so will be equal in price to the near by 'buch' villas after 10 years in best case scenario!

میرا نہیں خیال کہ باقی نقشہ جلدی آئے گا کیونکہ اگر ان لوگوں نے جاری کرنا ہوتا تو بیلٹنگ والے دن ہی جاری کر دیتے۔ ہفتہ دس دن لیٹ کرنے کا کیا مقصد ہے۔ ویسے ڈی ایچ اے نے بہاولپور والے ، معاملہ میں کوی اچھی حرکت نہیں کی۔ بہت مایوسی ہوی ہے

1. DHA multan ballot will be held only after payment of installment files is complete in 2020?
2. The risk of Partial ballot on the pattern of DHA bahawalpur, where some holders will get plot numbers in some unknown blocks without any map?
3. reluctance of overseas to buy because of rupee devaluation pressure in the wake of upcoming IMF program?
4. increase in interest rate so that people will keep money in banks ?
5. FBR threats?
6. payments of development charges will increase selling pressure ?
7. development of so big a phase will take how long? its size is equal to prism so will take the same time ?
