On 9th October prime minister of Pakistan Mr. Imran Ahmad Khan Niazi has launched the first mega housing project. This is the biggest project in history. According to the PTI’s Government planning 50 Lacs house will be built all over Pakistan in the next five years from 2018 to 2023.

Only one application per Family ( Family means Husband Wife & all Kids can only send one application or all forms will be rejected)
Must not be owner of any house currently.
Must be living permanently in one of these 7 districts in NADRA records.
Forms are free of cost and a photo copy can be used too
When submitting forms you will have to pay registration fee of Rs 250 for each form submitted

As , i m not familiar with affidavit and allocated file , so can anyone tell me that after the deadline given by DHA BAHAWALPUR Oct 31st ,

all affidavit will be considered as only allocated if payment cleared ?
will there be still affidavit files available after that?

Increase in Property prices

Although there is slump in Property prices but Bahawalpur file and 9 prisim prices especially 5 marla have shown upward trend
I think that imposition of restriction of purchase over 5 million has increased demand of five Marla plots and resulting increase in prices of 5marla and DHA Bajawalpur and Multan filesharing

DHA Multan balloting is expected in June2019 to December 2019 so that Now investors are interesting in DHA Bahawalpur due to official announcement of balloting on 25th December 2018. DHA Bahawalpur is on advance stage now regarding on ground developments.

It is not an increase in Bhawalpur but a revert back to the price of 3 years ago. After deducting devaluation of 30% over same period, people who bought 3 years ago are still 10 lakh in loss, at current
prices of 33 lakh. They need for price to increase by 10 lakh more then they will be at breakeven in real terms.

Rest, 5 million restriction didnt have any affect on 5 marla price. Restriction of 5 million is DC value, you can still purchase 1 Kanal of Prism as its DC value is under 5 million.
