DHA 9 TOWN Development

Lot of houses have been constructed in Dha 9 Town. Many more are under construction. However mosque, parks etc., are not yet developed by Dha. Can someone comment on the time frame when these facilities would be developed based on their experience of previous Dha phase devopment cycle? Moreover, is GAS facility available in Dha town? Are any families living in this phase?

8 to 10 families are living in DHA 9 Town. Gas is not available,expected in 6 to 8 months and Other facilities provided by DHA with in 1 year.

Yes I have same opinion if they build hospital and school before the balloting and developing the plots.
Mr. Zahid, do you open your business at the place where no one live? i think you don't.
DHA Multan should ballot and develop plots first and then build Arena, Hospital, School.
In Lahore DHA do same (First Ballot, Second Developed the plots, Third Build the Hospital and Schools)

Good 10Merla plot in prism will be in about 70, you may go for an army
update plot and pay rest of installments slowly. When paid off it will make a nice holding.

update plots Prism being currently quoted around 75+ which is outside budget, and most of development charges still remaining so it will go even more out of budget.

I agree with Ashfaq as well. Multan is getting an even better buy in current environment, pick one up at total price including all charges at 45 lakh. Remaining amount can put in 5 marla Gujranwala installment file.

This will also give a cash cushion for some development charges for Multan if they do ballot this year, or next few installments of Gujranwala.

A new deal has come up for Bahria Nasheman and this new block will get its own entrance from Ferozpur road. Price is very high at nearly 7 lac per marla. In that area where there is Central Park and Grand Avenue the price is 5-6 lac per marla in developed possession area so not sure if the price is justified.

DHA Gujranwala successfully held balloting of its 5 Marla plots on 4th April 2018 a couple of weeks back. Since then, lucky candidates and unsuccessful applicants were curious to know about to know about the ballot results. As it received thousands of applications, it wasn’t possible to upload the complete list of successful applicants earlier. Also the privacy and security measures did not allow uploading the ballot lists. But now when the last date of payment is near, it is available online for the convenience of lucky ones. DHA Gujranwala has made it public on their official website and one can easily find out his/her name.

DHA Gujranwala Ballot Lists for 5 Marla Plots


If you have not searched your name in the ballot results, you can search it from Ballot Lists. Log on to DHA Gujranwala official website; put the pointer on the Ballot Result tab in green and click on the desired category from drop down list. It will open up the complete ballot list containing names of all successful applicants of the selected category. You can find out your name by search tab.

The last date of down payment for DHA Gujranwala 5 Marla plots is 19th April, 2018 and all successful applicants are advised to submit it as soon as possible. For intimation letter, Rs. 10,000/- as registration fee will be paid alongside down payment (Rs. 300,000) till 20th April.
