Mark up is too high like Credit card you will see the soon your 3 installments be eaten up for non payment if you defer 2 years, It will erode your profit if any.
If you don't pay 7,8 years the fine may be so much that will be more than whole cost of Land etc
If you don't have power of Holding Better sell ASAP

habib ap ka dimag harab ho gya ha ….80 rupee per day late fee charge ha jo ka per month ban tha ha .2400 rupee… you're better of not paying the development charges.. unless you want to sell because than you will get a better price for your plot

With due respect, at the end of every year the unpaid amount is multiplied as compounded interest twenty percent per annum of original amount. It's better to give in time.

Why is the own for the installment plan on the rise since past few days.
I have checked from other property dealers and actually the own money is acutally higher than what you have written.
Eg Demand for 10 marla is 8.5 lac etc

Yes, installment plans are buying bought but it will be hard to sell after 3 years when there will be plenty of such files....
IF prism cannot be developed in 6/7 years inspite of fast track development, how can DHA Multan, being almost the same size, be developed before this?

Afridi saab as you rightly said Phase 1 of Mul is almost of same size as of Prism and phase.1 mul will not be completely handed over in next 7_10 years. I think DHA will handover A block in 3 years and thats it.....but one small block delivery and whole phase 1 delivery are entirely different stories. its not a short term project but of course there in No loss in it specially for cash file buyers

DHA LAhore, since the case forwarded to NAB, published many notices in newspapers to assure public and families of martyrs for safeguarding their interests and money.
In the last Public Notice published in newspapers and still available on DHA Lahore Website, DHA promised to give the "PLOTS" to affectees as soon possible.
Means DHA owns this Project and takes full responsibility to complete the project.

If you buy 3 Files in DHA Multan count that at least 60 Lac will be due in form of development charges. I will Not sell this Plot as Buying selling hassles and uncertainty of time.
Why not you buy 3 Files in Phase 10 if You can wait.

Great location prices have jumped to 50 for general and 55 for location plot still very cheap as it located in sector e big jump next week with plot numbers on the map at least 10 lac for
