does anybody know when the map of tauheed block bahria lahore sector F will be available for public. Or it was again another " Truck Ki Batti" to keep silent the protestors.

Hi,

According to my sources, this time Bahria is serious to resolve sector F issue through "Tauheed Block" and it will be a real block, not a fake block (Aziz Bhatti, Tariq Bin Ziyad). Bahria is working on the map, since it requires series of internal approvals before the map is released. However, it is expected to be released within 1-2 weeks maximum. Although, Bahria will start the development and will commit to deliver them within 3-4 months, however considering the huge size of this block, it will take 6-7 months. Please note that all the affectees are still not adjusted in the balloting, so Bahria will gradually allot the plot # to remaining affectees.

Yes you are absolutely right because Bahria town has lost their credibility. Let's see how things move on. But it is confirmed that Bahria cannot afford to delay it further due to the massive protests that were held before Ramadan and Bahria's office was closed by the protesters. If Bahria will not deliver the things as they promised, then they will face more protests.

However, when I checked from sources, they gave me the response that this time Bahria is serious and will resolve the issue for all by the end of this year.

I am also holding one kanal file and lets hope for better outcomes but fingers are crossed.
There is also question that what will be the location of Tauheed block as sufficient land is not available in outskirt of BT.

I dont know for sure, but I heard that 1 Kanal ballot may be within this year,
And the installment plan ballot will be within 1 year from now.

Work on Ring road is on very fast pace just like fast pace development in PRISM. Good thing is loop 1 from phase 5 to Gajjumatta In shaa ALLAH defenately be open by 14 August loop 2 from Gujjumatta to adda plot may be by the end of this year.

They are delayed. No chance to be ready by 14th August.

Probably SL1 & SL2 will be ready by end of year.

SL3 probably will be ready by Q2 2018.

With JIT results out, there will be some effect on market which is already slow.

It is a good time to look for bargain deals. Prism will be a good buy with some correction /price maintaining at current level till all installments finish.

Excellent location plot not although on 150ft road but very excellent for house buliding it is a south facing plot near to park, Masjid. Highly recomemded to hold. It should be around @ 140 with army update. If it is civil update may be value more. Remaining LRE gives you better current assessment.

Army paid plot has an installment of 50,000 while civilan paid installment is 162500.
Till now 6 installments has been paid in PRISM for development charges.
Civillian paid till now= 975000 from total of 12 Installments
Army paid till now= 300000. From total of 38 Installments from
Total amount of development charges of 1 kanal is 19 lack
Civilian paid plot has more value than Army paid so hard to find good location civilian plot

Over all property market is in stagnant mode at the moment. "In shaa ALLAH" soon will a good phase for this market & PRISM will lead all other properties in Lahore.
Your plot N- 613 Prism is a good location plot. Direct approach from 150ft road. Hold it for at least 3 to 5 years.
"In shaa ALLAH" Gives you good returns.
