I want to thanks all friends for their prayers for us. After weeks of very strict security investigations and security checks etc Lahore Real Estate today have finally received its approval letter from DHA Multan board to get LRE registered as authorized dealers of DHA Multan.

I am a very happy man today. Lahore Real Estate is DHA Lahore authorized registered estate since 2005 and now we are also registered dealers for DHA Bahawalpur plus DHA Gujranwala and DHA Multan as well.

Thanks for your reply I have been requesting from one of your colleague since the results has been announced, I think he is not taking it serious even the prices for my files were lot more when I asked your colleague Asad to hep me to sell it out and he has been keep ignoring or may be don't want business, I have lost money because of Asad's ignorance he was saying no body is buying files because of transfers, when normal buying and selling for Multan dha is in progress from the day first since the balloting results has been announced, He basically miss lead me and did not sell my files which is frustrating and it makes me really upset against LRE. I am in abroad in UK cant do anything without you guys or without your help.

Isn't the asking price of 140 to 150 Lacs for 5 Marla too high considering that the plot price is from 50 to 60 Lacs and A+ development costs around 40 lacs for 4 marla? They are asking for almost 50 Lacs profit on a 5 marla house? Seems a great business to construct house in 9 Town now

The plot prices would probably increase and perhaps 1 or 2 million jump is due in Dha town plots. As soon as 50 to 60 houses are constructed which is just a matter of time.

Hold on to your cash and wait for prices to come at realistic level.

Prism average prices will not drop at all, few percent fluctuations are normal everywhere. Who wants to invest in Prism must go for it without delays, but negotiation to strike a deal is the key.

I think there would be most probably correction in residential prices as possesion would be after 5 years so lets see the holding power of investors.now there will be very slow gains for prism residential

@ Shahzad Qamar, the average rate of increase in DHA property is always mentioned as 20% per year at average. Some say it is 18% per year and some say that it is 25% per year. However, if we take 18% or 20% per year growth, Prism plot which is 125 today would be 300 plus in maximum 5 years from now. I don't know how you calculated 8 to 10 years time for 275-300 lacs price?

I think that above is safest forecast for capital gains in Prism. Those experts e.g. CMY believe that the prices would reach 300 lacs mark within 3 to 4 years from now at maximum.

Asa brother as far as I know a swimming pool in an enclosed area is almost always a bad idea, as it encourages a generally damp and clammy atmosphere.

High maintenance cost. very high pumping cost. high construction cost. If you have lotttt and lotttttts of money then you must go for it else try to avoid pools as pools at home or farmhouse are not a cheap thing to keep
