What is the usual difference between buying and selling the same plot?

For example if I buy a plot in Bahria for 50 lakh today, and if I sell it tomorrow, what price should I get?

By tomorrow I mean the very next day.

Dear Sirs,

I purchased a plot in May,2014 and going to sell it in January 2017.

My Income tax lawyer said I shall not pay Capital Gain Tax as I bought plot in Tax Year 2013 and sell in Tax Year 2017 so the condition of 3 years holding period fulfills here.

If anyone has some experience here, then please share it with me. Thanks
