Can anyone pls let mw know construction rates in Dha lhr. is there any 15% or less service charges rate( this is 15% of labour cost or total cost) if yes then what are responaibilities of that contractor as this seems very high rate. Pls advise

15% of total cost. Contractor will be with you all the way from first brick till finishing, helping you source & purchase building materials & finishing materials. However, 15% is on the higher side. it ranges from 9%-15%.

Thanks Waseem, but if contractor visit your site only for 5 times and just provide labour for finishing.
As our gray structure was already completed and we just seek help of a person for finishing purpose, he visited site only 5 times, and now he is claiming 15% service charges of total cost, is it fair

Who paid the labor for finishing ? You or the contractor ? If you paid the labor for finishing & he only visited 5 times, then you will pay 15% of the total labor charges for finishing only.

As far i understand, he didn't help in Grey structure, so no %age for him grey, he didn't help in buying tiles, faucets, doors etc etc, so no %age for him on this. He provided labor so only 15% on labor charges.

Seems some properly build two story building with many offices like structure as it could be future DHA office. May be initially used as site office for DHA staff and development companies to monitor and control development work and subsequently as office/ record for transfer etc. My Guess ......

It's not too bad, 91 demand price for K-71 for sale on LRE list which is other side of this one kanal line. I dont think anyone will pay 91 for that one..Max. 85 lac. As in Prism there would be correction of 10 to 15 lac in near future. Anyhow, dont get angry.

This is not the post to reply anyhow my post is for pakistani92 that your plot is at excellent location of 120'ft direct approach of 150'ft road. In my point of view it is above 110 lack now with 2 paid. Hold it soon you will get the benefit of LRR & fast track development not a good time to sell even @110/=.
In future kindly quote your plot to LRE for evaluation.

@Realistic bro just to inform you ph 8 was balloted in 2010 with a cash file rate as high as 38 lac and installment file at 55 lac. its been 6 years noy 10 plus. see rates today 225 to 250 lac and in W even as high as 300 lac despite deep land
