Dear Mr Abdullah,

Prices in Phase 7 have hiked as much as they possibly could have. From an investment point of view Phase 9 Prism is the go to place, if you could sell that phase 7 plot and reinvest in Prism it will be extremely beneficial in the longer run.

Yes about 100 But new construction of houses has picked up in last few months especially after the news of LRR interchange next to this Society gate. Now u can see construction of many houses. i have shared few pics, have more of under construction houses. As total number of plots is not in large numbers so soon it will be a populated area close to SHARIF PALACE, medical Complex/ Hospital.

Perhaps current very weak property market is not suitable for DHA Multan launch . Also Commercial may not be launched on iinstallments at first iinstallments booking.

Above is market condition explain by respective CMY sb with below on of post.

As a buyer if I have to hold my investment for 3 years then I will think a lot before investing otherwise if I have to pay 10 percent tax on selling property within first year then it will make this investment much less attractive for me.

@Ali, Half knowledge is no knowledge and making assumptions on the basis of half knowledge is lethal. 10% Tax is on gains which one makes on a property(selling-buying price) not on overall price of property. if you earn 20 lac in one years paying 2 lac as CGT is what problem. if you are not filer then even no need to pay this 10% all together

@ Real Estate is best you should apologies to User_6006. Yes you have correct & 100 knowledge about taxes. But issue isn't taxes. Issue is FBR threat and source of money. Our system had converted white money into black. Now wait for market to stable. This is true, I also ve one plot for sell but no offer yet. On ground reality is if plot price was 130, seller demanding 135 and buyers offering 100. Not only me everyone wants to catch crash deal. Who doesn't want to buy cheap. Best buy gives you best sell.
