Dear Lahoree,Your plot is a location plot,a diamond in Orchard.I suggest you, please hold it for 6 months more.Your plot can cross 70 lac easily.Bahria will develop it as it is the face of Orchard.Bahria has purchased this land and trying to buy more near it,this the reason.Here a little bit patience is necessary.Good luck.

How can one buy 9 ext at 60 when 9 is at 64....9 file is 10 years ahead of 9 ext!
The risks attached with the file is bound to be same that u may get bad location plot on balloting !
Be mature awais....stop misguiding ! And yes I will buy these files from u at 35 after 2 years !

Phase 9 files are not available at the moment.
And the person I called was Mr. Salman who was so rude in saying in prism only plots are available no files are available.
I asked him why on website prism file hard to find is coming
Once again he was rude in telling me hard to find means it's finished.
I told him to not be rude on that he said
"Aapki call ka shurkia " and hung up.
