I wonder why nobody has discussed the recently launched One Kanal & Two Kanal houses in Defence Golf Raya & similarly no discussion regarding 8-Marla & 10-Marla commercial plazas in Golf Raya. Although, they look quite expensive but in the meantime they can be game changer for this area as well.

Hi All,

After doing MBA from abroad, and trying to expand my family business in an honest and legal manner. I must admit that I failed miserably.

So now I want to enter in property field as a dealer/investor, havn't seen such a hefty returns in any other business or any other legal way.

I feel I wasted my time and money in MBA from abroad and in family business. While people here without any formal education and investment are earning a lot more than me. I am not jealous but I also want to be like them.

Some sort of construction has started on KhyabaneJinnah just opposite to Naheman-E-Iqbal Society gate. Does anyon know what exactly is happening over there. There was as huge traffic jam yesterday as one road lane was closed.

Hi Fellows,

With all due respect to gurus like CMY, I don't see a match between newspaper cuttings and on ground situation regarding LRR. Here are my logical arguments:

1)No compensation policy, per square/ft rate announcement for LRR affectees. Let alone payment or its mechanism.

2)No detailed map of LRR available publicly, by detailed I mean, how many plots of which society are coming in, how many would not be a part of LRR but still no construction would be allowed to its close proximity to LRR.

3)FWO has not officially commented on LRR construction project, till today they still don't have required machinery available in Lahore to start work.


Logical arguments are welcome !
