After LRR & Raiwind Road prices might double.

In past couple of months price has increased a lot. compare prices by yourself on property listing websites.

The price before 2 months and price now.

There is lot of room for price increase. Hard to guess future but past results will give you good idea.

8 Marla in C , D and southern should easily cross 50 lac in next 2 months. Now it's trading at 42 to 48 lac. Only 2 months ago it was in 30 to 36 lac range.

There are so many passangers in this boat. No need to worry. There is a delay from DHA for sending intimation letters. It may be their policy matter. So, please wait for it.

Upper cutting
I am new to explore properties... many experts suggest upper cutting for some phase blocks... kindly give examples for upper cutting plots like in prism blocks A,B,C,J,P,N etc.

Keep Map Infront of You
There are 3 Rows of Blocks
A, B, C F Upper Cutting
H, E and D Middle Cutting
K N M R Lower Cutting

Insaide each Block Plots on North side are called Upper cutting of that Block And South side near or towards hadiara Darin is Lower Cutting. {example in H Block Plot No 1 is Upper Cutting 1370 is Lower Cutting of H Block]
Hence J Block has 3 Portions Upper Middle and Lower
R Block have 2 Porion Upper and lower
This is Only for For Prizm for other maps difference oreitation is used for example in phase 7 extreme east towards BRB Canal is Lower Cutting and Towards west is upper Cutting.

1084 D Block 10 Marla on Main Road DHA Town

980 P Block 1 Kanal Corner Plot Phase 9 Prism DHA


Brothers/fellow forum experts if you would like to evaluate I would appreciate as well.

I would evaluate 1084 D DHA Town @ 90 lacs. This is on the main road which is good and 10 marla are in short supply which is also great. However, it is opposite to the area allocated for overhead tank, shops and mosque so it could take a little longer to sell.

I think 73-C should be valued at 54 lacs. The location is near to the main road and good overall, but there is a graveyard near to it.

As per Mr CMY, new location will not be very impressive being close to Mota
