You should buy a 5 marla plot in DHA Town as it exactly suits your investment needs and budget. These are possession plots and provide the safest investment option. Also, the prices are undervalued relative to the market so you can expect to gain 15-20 lacs in a 1-2 years time horizon. As you are seeking low risk investment, you need to invest in DHA possession plots only. Good luck with your decision!

Its actually besides EXPO CENTRE but with Alternate road you will have direct access to Shaukat Khanum and Emporium Mall road

Emporium Mall will be biggest mall in Pakistan. Nishat owner Malik Mansha is the owner.

To support the success of this mall lots of construction will happen around it. Canaal road widening and a link is also being made from main raiwind road
