@Ali Bahria Orchard is flying high since last year. Now Prices have already been triple multiple from its booking prices even new deals gained 4lacs to 8lacs own on plots files.

It seems a very populated highly recommended area for future commercial and Resdencials investments and best for living in peaceful dream houses.

One of my friends is selling me phase 5 file, a few questions

A) are files available in phase 5 ?
B) what is the rate of 10 M?
C) my friend says that the file specifies 'b' and claims that the plot will be allocated in near block b of phase 5. Is it true??

31st January and dha multan's expectations to reach 4 million by this date are thrashed to ground, with the news that ballot is not confirmed and also there will installment plots and files of phase 2 will continue to push prices of files downwards as it is always matter of demand and supply.
Stagnant prices will depress the opportunistic investors more in future who entered here to earn quick gains in 6 months....
and the real decline will be on pressure of development charges there... the prices will go to 4 million+2 million dc when dha multan starts construction activity in full swing and ur plot after ballot is at excellent location.... else??????

Kindly post updated price chart of Bahria Orchard plots because the demand of residential plots is very high and only few sellers in the market to sell. Even a 5marla on ground boundary plot asking price is 23 lac and for 8Marla on ground minimum asking price is 30 lac.

Is it due to near possession in March 2016? Comments plz.
