They are cheating transfer 1K to 10 Marla and imposing development charges also.
They received less number of application and no need for balloting. They have plan to develop J block in the sl2 land.

its seems from the discussion that consciously or unconsciously every one is promoting the phase where his investment lies and finding loopholes in other.They all r very business minded.New comers can easily fall prey to their comments.The critics of phase 9 are mainly those who wants to attract investors to those areas where they are holding plot/plots.

I wanted to buy and give on rent a house. In order to provide a second source of income for my family. My maximum Budget is 1 crore and 20 lacs.

Now the options are:

1.one 5-marla house in DHA Phase 6, or
2. two 5- marla houses in Bahria

Which option is better (and I do not want to venture outside of DHA and Bahria to another society).

The management of rental property is a serious issue (even in Bahria Town or DHA) so it is better to have one unit instead of 2. Further more, one should give preference to the area where it is relatively easy for you / your family to visit.

I had approx the same budget. I bought a shop measuring 560 sq feet. reasons:

- More rental income
- Higher appreciation
- Less maintenance cost

1985, 1992, 1994 (each model have 3 Floor ) + Seprate Car garage.

2011/2012 (4 Floor)

These flats have almost 10 Marla (2250 Square Feet) covered area.
3 Bed with attach bath, drawing room, TV/Dining room, store, Kitchen, Servant quarter, Back and Front Balkoni (not in 1985 model)

Sorry i don't have the latest rates information.

valuation of plots in Y block in phase 8

My plot is in the section of Y block where the sequence is 775, 776, 778 etc etc. Just need to find out that this is not the deepest side of Y block. Also I have been told that the development work has been completed. What is the average price of 1 kanal plot in this part of Y block.
