The successful applicants are required to make 10% down payment by January 31 of 2016. Official intimation letter of will be delivered on the given address through courier service within about next 20 days time. At this time price estimate cant be given. Need one week to gauge buyer seller reaction. Need to have intimation letters before deals or commitments. Since DHA Bahawalpur was not able to help and not posted ballot results for 4 days I could not stop my self to help people in DHA Bahwalpur even we may or may not deal in this in future because we have too much work in Lahore that dont allow us enough time and energy to work in other cities of Pakistan .
