I got a 1 kanal plot in Bahria Town Sector F 100ft road during last ballot for which I paid full due amount. It is in sector F, Sheikh Saadi block. The plot number is close to 158. The total amount I paid for this plot including main boulevard charges is 6820000. I am visiting Pakistan next month and want to sell it off. Please advise what approx price I should expect to get for this plot

This area is still off-ground and people are protesting against bahria for their undelivered plots. Currently in market it is very hard to sell an off-ground plot and if you're lucky enough to sell.. it might be 10 lakh or more less than what you've paid.
