Please throw some light over DHA Phase 9 J and K. Why prices are relevantly lower as compared to other blocks. Does having LRR besides these blocks negatively affecting. ? What about plots locating just beside LRR? I have one K 1686, should I hold or sale it.?

State life management is not answering above 3 questions, asked by every member. they are hidding necessary information, which shows dishonesty on their part

Yesterday I was there in sl-2 office. They told me that I can submit application upto 10th Nov 2015. Uptill now they have received 334 application. They told me that application form price is Rs 50 after purchasing application form they are giving affidavit form on payment of Rs 200.If applications are less than 642 all will get 10 marla plot in sl-1.Location they have not mentioned. Regarding development charges they will impose 6-7 lac per ten marla plot, according to them they will hand over these 10 marlas plots in 18 months. They need the following documents along application form.
1.copy of ID card
2.copy of allotment letter.
3.two fresh photographs.
That's the summary of my visit.

One should wait for development of Phase 2 as the prices will be doubled as soon the deveolpment of DHA phase 9 starts. those who cannot wait for long i.e 3-4 years they should use the option to convert canal to 10 marlas.
However, it will be more clear in AGM on 22nd November

As per R block map, park starts from only from plot 2247 .... Plot 2244 or 2243 is facing a 5 Marla as well ... So price of 33-33.5 lacs is justified ..

DHA Phase 9 Extension is long term project. DHA is acquired a lot of land and will buy further in coming years. Currently around 700 to 800 issued only that makes rate intact. In future you will see bulk files in market. 3 to 5 years needed for balloting. If have plan to investment then buy in Prism Instead of Phase 9 Extension according to your budget

Since the balloting of prism prices r stop, can anybody tell is there any further price jump expected when the development work started or now the gradually price gain wl go on till the possession given !!!!!!

Second r block very good 5 Marla price is 38 lac, as I read many time on this form r block prices wl gain early where 38 lac we may consider after 1 year like till 31 December 2016.

All expert opinions are appreciated !!!
