Dear Stranger (and others concerned):
We apologize for the confusion. The difference between P 519 and P 520 prices may be due to development charges included in one price and excluded from the other price but not explicitly mentioned, which it should be. The concerned LRE staff members will IA clarify by Monday.
Some similar incidents have come to our knowledge very recently; we have investigated and found out the reasons of such price differences as plain typos mostly, to sometimes unintentional communication issues/gaps between occasionally careless online support staff who are posting the assessment prices on behalf of the actual (more competent) staff who is dealing in that particular/relevant project. It is extremely embarrassing for us; we take it very seriously, and IA very soon it will be fixed, except for the occasional human error factor which is unavoidable, as it cannot be perfect.
Likewise, as it seems in this case, some times inclusion or exclusion of development charges from the price may be the issue too. For that we need to have uniform pattern of pricing such plots.
Regarding minor differences: it is only natural that different people have different opinions. Two different persons, even at same office, may have slightly different assessments of marketable worth of plots, when asked (this is not an issue for frequently traded file prices, in most cases). Also same person may have reasonably different (or significantly different) assessments at different times, due to changes in market dynamics. It's all but a static market. Moreover, the demand prices and actual tradable prices of plots are usually at least a few Lacs apart.
Please rest assured that we are working to correct such nuances as much as possible. |
