There was jump in prices in specific blocks, but i donot confirm either these was due to bianas done by most of dealers to attract oversees.

However, i think there is a difference of assessment price and prices mentioned in selling list available at LRE web site. This may be difference of bargaining, which is almost 3 to 5 Lacs?

Development is not started yet however it has to be announced in emergency AGM which i have heard planned this month. There are also news of merger with DHA but still it is not confirmed. Future of this society seems to be good and rewarding. Lets hope for the best.

AGM is Annual General Meeting. Emergency AGM is called when there is something special to announce. It was a mere hearsay that it can be called in Aug but still uncertain.Prices of plots have increased considerably so i think this is the best time for sale/purcahse.
