what are the views about the future of Quaid/Nishtar block in sector E Bahria Town? what will be the effect of Ring road on these blocks? do you think its safe to invest in commercial property in these blocks like on MB or azam bhatti avenue.

I understand construction of ringroad through IQBAL and Rafi has threaten to separate sector C from Sector E unless bahria develop some overhead bridge or underpass.
