DHA Parkview 8
I am very much interested to find out about DHA Park-view! Was it a already developed society and took over by DHA or is it different project of DHA?

Also what is the difference between DHA 8 and DHA Parkview please?

Please Guide ? When is expected possession?

Park view was taken over by DHA about 8 years ago. Park view is a part of DHA phase and possession is already there.

Park view is a adopted son of DHA. Neglected same as adopted.
Location is good but lot of village area all side.

prospects are good...
prices are increasing rapidly for last 3 months or so..raiwind road expansion and LRR announcement are attracting investors... LCO blocks will be given possession hopefully at the end of this yr.. open file is safe,, you will save yurself transfer fee.. but do get it verified by bahria office..they take a fee to verify. dont trust the dealer and ask him to get it verified in yur presence...

we, the readers of this forum really admire your knowledge and unbiased opinions on the investment in bahria town lahore especially you are giving response to queries of people who invested in bahria and stuck there since last two or more years,

i need to know about the balloted plots of alamgir and sikander but not developed. do bahria has land for these blocks which is suppose to be like that bcz if they dont had land then they should have not balloted. then why these are not developed. what is future of these plots. please do comment on this issue. thanks in advance

DHA prism 9,
DHA Multan are long term investments. You cannot expect maximum gain in 1 year.

NTN (tax) NUMBER

Dear all members of forum,
For overseas ,there is no such income tax so most of overseas do not have National Tax Number (NTN).
As you know that the new imposed advance Property tax (for NTN hoder 1% and for non NTN holder 2%).SO if somebody from overseas want to invest in Lahore,
please discuss the simplest way to get NTN number to avoid 2% tax without future tax department troubles.
