L-21 Near Main park and 150F roads

Also advise if we need to sell, which one we should dispose now and which one we will hold for future gain.

Mr. Khaled,

I must say you have one of the best plots in Prism. Very close to Block A and very close to the proposed theme park.
Q is my favorite block in Prism (I was able to buy a plot here after quite a lot of effort). It is right between block R (which will develop fast due to LRR access and DHA apartment complex and other private projects) and block A (which is connected to DHA town directly).

Dear in my point of view u should sale ur plot and buy following by adding few bucks
1 x kanal file
DHA Multan
1 x kanal file DHA Gujranwala
1 x 10 Marla file Gujranwala
In my point of this deal can earn u more over a period of 5 years in comparison with holding on to our plot. Air CMY and Jameel Bhai can guide better

I am very much interested to find out about DHA Park-view! Was it a already developed society and took over by DHA or is it different project of DHA?

Also what is the difference between DHA 8 and DHA Parkview please?

Suggestion for building home

I have a budget of 40 Lacks. Need to build home in 1.5 to 2 years time period. Please help me find best possible option for living. My target is to get at least 15-16 marla space.

My office is near Jinnah Hospital. Distance will also be a factor.

Suggestion from CMY, Jameel sab will be highly appreciated.

I was thinking about below:
