ASA All LRE team and users of this forum. If someone could please just answer this one query of mine I would be very grateful. As you can see on phase 6 Map below Sector F and E is Lehna Singh Area. However it is Noted as being area reserved for Parks/police stations etc but there is still a small village settling there and I have personally visited to see people are living there and there are a couple of shops open in the front area. I also took pictures of the locality. What does this mean then? Is this area DHA acquired or not? Can someone explain it to me please? Thanks in advance!

Need your expert advice. I got one Kanal plot in DHA Phase 7, Block Y against one Kanal Parkview allocation file. DHA Lahore re allocated the plot in phase 7 after receiving fifth installment of development charges. I got a letter from DHA Lahore asking to submit an affidavit to relocate allocated plot because original plot is under litigation or encroachment and is not currently available for development. I am supposed to get a plot in Phase 8 against Parkview allocation file but DHA Lahore allotted the plot in Phase 7 , Y block. DHA Lahore seems to be unfair with Pakistanis living abroad. Will I get a new plot in phase 7 or some other phase? Can you please shed light on this situation?
