Dear Guys,

What is DHA Ph 9 Proper File? Still some files remaining to be balloted?

Also what is a proper file?

Yes some files yet to be balloted.

Phase 9 designated as Proper, as there is TOWN as well + there will be EXTENSION as well.

Sorry for a non property question,my friend is moving to Texas USA, he is querying about any saving tips for the small investment.On monthly basis what ever he can put aside from his expenses he wants to put into that i.e is 500 to 1000 dollars/months
In Other word the way we have Prize bonds or Saving certificates available in Pakistan or National bonds or Mashreq Millionaire here in UAE,is there any thing available similar.
Your guidance will be much appreciated.

Can you please shed some more light on the process to buy National bonds for foreigners.

I looked up the website but could not find any thing, Apparently only UAE residents or International (GCC) residents can buy National Bonds.

Have him invest in Mutual Funds. As an example Vanguard is a low cost mutual fund investment company that invests in US and other global markets. Have him pick total market index fund that will move up and down with the US economy and is fairly safe for long term investment.

Dear Experts,

I am staying in UAE and planning to invest in Pakistan for the first time. I have done some research as per my budget. I came on the point to buy 1 kanal plot in state life phase 2. Please share your expert opinion if it will be the better option for long term investment.

LRE has following plots available for sale for Phase 9.
A 293
B 540
I am interested in buying one but not sure which one is better. Any expert opinion will be highly appreciated.

Both plot r very good . however both r expensive.
82+21 lacs development charges. +commsion,transfer etc total this will cost u 104 lacs. So think about it. This will not give you that much fruit in near future, however after 5 ,6 years u will get good profit.

A 293 is facing park
B 540 is on 120 foot road
Both have positives but it depends what is the purpose of investment.
A will gain quicker but B will gain more in the end. For lesser period A for longer period B. Lets See what others suggest.

Posting Again. Need Suggestion on DHA Lahore Phase 8 Proper
Respected Mr. CMY sb, Mr. Jameel, Mr. Habib, Mr.Ahsan Ali, and other experts

what is suggestion for the plot owners of phase 8 proper who are holding not for house construction but for future needs or investment for long term. Should they wait for possession announcement or construction activity to start there or should quit now or in a year to invest in any other phase.

My second question is what is the future of the empty land besides the phase 8 proper. is it punjab Govt. land or belong to Military dairy farms. ? is there any hope of expanding phase 8 proper to this land.
third is there any chance still to take over the eden society in between the Air avenue and parkview.

While looking at the combined map of Prism-9 and DHA Town, it seems that in future R-Block of the Prism-9 will be one of the Best Blocks and its 5M plots' worth will be same as DHA Town's 05M Plots and 10M R-block will be of similar price as of DHA Town's 10M plots. 1K plots of R-Block will be same price as of A,B Blocks of Prism-9.

I'm not the expert but when i got 2 plots in Sector R, i had the same understanding and INSHALLAH IT WILL BE MUCH BETTER as compare to other blocks!
