If someone could break a silence on this. So that someone can advise me on DHA 8 Parkview 4 Marla Commercial prospect please? Is it a good investment ? Please help?

I understand its different than DHA 8 Broadway Commercial also would like to know what is the difference between the two??

In phase 8 there are 3 types of 4 Marla commercial: Phase 8 commercial , Broadway Commercial and Parkview commercial. Price wise Parkview commercial is the most cheapest amongst the three

DHA making efforts to ensure maximum clearance the pockets in Parkview and A block area cleared. In last two years a lot of construction there and
prices get appreciated a lot. Park view commercial is worthy to invest due to very reasonable price.After ballot healthy returns.

Advice on purchasing house

Dear Mr. @CMY. Regards. I wish to have your advice in my property purchasing decision. I have limited funds and will be investing all I have plus a large bank loan to purchase a house in DHA lahore. My budget is for:

1) purchasing a slightly used 5 marla house in phases 3-5 ( i don't prefer phase 6 as it is still not developed)
2) A 10-15 years old 10 marla house in dha phase 1 or 2 Lahore.

I obviously prefer a 10 Marla house due to its size, but it will be quite old, but renovated.I wanted to know what are the disadvantages of purchasing an old house including re-selling prospects as might want to resell it 5 years down the road.

Looking forward to your advice.

Lot of difference park view is society of al3m khan that was taken over by day
and broad is pure dha. But that doesn't mean park view us bad if you would go to she
location it's as good as I believe dha. Phase five was master planned after copying park view I believe it's undr priced due to availability as it's wills end
prices would go up

Latest updates:

-Land acquisition process is underway.

-Applications invited for master planning

-Registration of property dealers



-Area: 9000 acres

-Location:

Area between bosan road and mattital road is the general area which forms part of controlled area of dha lahore multan chapter.



-Mouza falling in dha:

Mouza rai pur, sangi and garh-e-wahan falls completely within notified area. However, mouza gith brabar, basti ratta, panjkuha, kotla sadat, madina & noudhand falls partially within notified area.

Currently DHA is not taking any land outside of these mauzas.

-Land submission:

Any land owner directly or through any investor or facilitator can offer their land to dha lahore multan chapter. Dha does not pay cash against the land submitted. Generally, 2 files of 1 kanal are issued for every acre, based on the location and quality of land.

-Dha Multan files:

At present, the files are available with land owners / investors.

Dha multan 'transfer and record' branch is transferring the plot files.
