DHA is semi government. No risk.
Bahria is totally private. Game of one man only.
If he dies what will be happened??
If DHA is delayed no tension but no gurantee of Bahria when they ran away

one day this project will be the most promising one, and you cant even grab a kanal file in less than 120 lakhs,

but still bit time to go, Bahria is purchasing land near Sector A to relocate the project and hopefully soon installment plan will also be re-scheduled.

Let see how the things get unfold.

The fact that Bahria has delivered is a reality, not a fantasy. Thousands of families living in Bahria community are living proof of that. These communities, now that they are well established, will continue to flourish and do not depend on a single person's existence. In any case, Bahria is an organization with hierarchy already established. Investment wise also, people have made a great deal of money here. Take BT Karachi for example, no other developer including DHA, undertakes development at such a pace as done by BT there. They are injecting their own funds to make this project successful. Political situation notwithstanding, this will be one of the best communities of Karachi in a few years time.

there is no second opinion about the quality of bahria development and maintainance standards but even then they did a fraud in civic commercial , bahria greens and sector f.. investors who injected their life earnings in these projects are facing terrible losses.. people only bought on past reputation and excellent development standard of bahria but unfortunately they grabed money from lahore and invested in BTK.. bahria greens has no
location in 2 yrs... how can this be justified? organization like DHA can still run despite some failed projects due to brand value of Pak army but private developer can only survive if they deliver.. malik riaz cannot sell a single file now if he announces a new sector in lahore today while dha if announces any plots in instaalments,, yu will see hoards of people going after them

What do you meant by re-scheduling of installments??
I've paid 6 installments up to now.
Only two installments are left i.e. Aug-2015 & Nov-2015

may be they will extend the dates for installments.., as the project is not yet completed they have to re-schedule the installments.

fruitful time is not far, once the things will be on track this will be best project in Lahore.

we have to wait more a bit.

The issue that you have raised with Bahria Civic was in my personal view a brilliant commercial project however it was abandoned due to impatience of investors. I still believe, based on the quality of work on the ground, that Bahria will become the commercial hub of the high end society of Lahore in the foreseeable future.

Bahria greens is a project in the making. It is true that
prices of files are low right now but then if compared with DHA projects which take 10 to 15 years or more to mature this project of Bahria greens and sector F are still infants as they have been launched less than 3 years ago.

One more thing in this respect must be said that Bahria projects which are behind schedule no installments are demanded from investors.

People who want to become millionaires over night end up losing money overnight and this is the story of those who buy 100 forms of new projects but don't have enough money to even pay a single installment when due. These are the people who have lost money after investing money with Bahria.

As an investor I have found Bahria to be a company which delivers more than it promises.

DHA Islamabd beating about the bushes.
Why they issued Allocation
files without confirmation of Land
Then why they transferred These Allocation files to new buyers when Land dept did not clear that?
When you go to DHA is to transfer an Affidavit file you pay only minimal Token and then wait for intimation letter, witing is 1 to 3 Months in which it is responsiblity of DHA to varify the Land record and isuse intimation only it is done onece intimation is siuued the only seller pays full amount to Holder of Affidvit file.

If they issued intimation and allocation " By Mistake" they are 100% responsible for this neglegence.
