All plot mention on LRE website for R block are slod out.... and seems that nobody is updating the web site.... Request for some new plots in R block, phase 7

As per Bahria Town's representative; the 4 OR 3 commercial files of Golf view Residencia are merging in (1) commercial file of same Golf view Residencia in order to avoid cancellation of membership.

There is no merging of residential files of GVR. They told to deposit installment on time in order to avoid from cancellation

It all depends on the rates at which you are doing the work and finishes..plus the design of house whether a simple one or little bit difficult to construct.

For ease you can divide per square footage of construction cost in two main items

1. Labour Charges (Nominally 200-250 Rs/sft)
2. Materials (Nominally Rs/sft)

Materials include all inlc grey structure items and complete finishes.
so if you take the avge of market (in order to build a better thing) then total Rs/SFT would be 225+1800= 2025 Rs
its 4450000 Rs approximately.

CMY sir we have been recently forwarded a letter from Sui gas housing managment for masjid fund collection. they are asking it in 4 installments and total amount is 20,000.... is this mandatory or charity ? :-D

I am surprised to know that a Housing Society needs funds for Mosque. How they will maintain the roads and infrastructure in future. They seem depleted of funds.

want to add sui gas ph 2 is dirt cheap but it wont be like phase 1 sui gas, plus 5000 �nly kanal and 2 kanal, only few first blocks possesion done. Its very long term investment,0 home , long long way to go , dha prism, nfc,awt better options
