Even B7 is not bad. It is facing commercial so at present it is evaluated low. In future these plots sell high as many business man owning commercial in front like to buy these plots. It is after all on 150 ft

DHA Prism 9 Price Ranges from 55 Lacs to 70 Lacs depending on location without development charges. The amount of development charges around 19 to 20 Lacs will be payable in three years quarterly installment. We charge 1 % as commission.
