CMY Sb you are a U.S. Citizen. Why people like wide road plot , corner plot, in front of park etc. in Pakistan. These plots are more expensive than normal roads. Plots What is the logic. Please explain when you get chance. I think busy / wide road pollution should be less price ??????????????????????!????????????

In non DHA societies it matters .Like in Wapda town recently they have allowed residential property to be converted to commercial on main boulevard. People are rich on a single day. In DHA this does not happen so does not make sense to buy such main road plots expensive. Approach from a big road and living in a reasonanle width lane should be good but this is Pakistan .Kuch bhi chalta hey.

Email reply is a suitable way to get any idea about plots prices. After all it is just estimation and no one can do it accurately unless there is a buyer and seller ..

I bought a 1 kanal file for dha town phase 9. Is it the same as prism pashe 9? If not then where can i check the ballot results for my file in dha town phase 9. My file number is 9/9672 and there is no mention of the word Prism on my documents

Are you sure its DHA Town 1 kanal file and not DHA 9 proper file?


I think you got DHA phase 9 proper file. "NORMALLY" DHA Town dont have that big numbers. I hope some bad dealer didnt cheat you and gave you a proper file while telling you its a DHA Town 1 kanal.

If you got a proper DHA 9 file this will be your plot.

My 1-Kanal plot in Phase 9 is in sector M. Plot number is M-786. Should I keep it for 5-6 years or let it sail away now?

I am surprised that no one from LRE or on this forum has given their expert advice on this odd dimension corner plot on a good location despite numerous posts. As a matter of fact have yet to see any query on similar posts. Why?

We are getting too many fake inquiries or repeated inquiries so LRE team has preference is to answer email inquiries and contact form inquiries 1st.

We answer right away on emails or even call you back to give you your plots location and assessment.

Many people posting fake plot nos next to there plot no to check there plotd worth daily. Plots are not files. Those guys please cool down you are wasting your and LRE time.

LRE have no time or 100% accurate method to sort out if each person is posting real or fake inquiries to engage us in useless exercise. At least if we have an amail or phone number to answer genuine inquiry ee know we are dealing and helping multiple plot holders.

With recent new security measures we were able to identify one person posted 43 inquiries using plot numbers of worst locations on map and mostly useing female name s. We respect women readers so we spent too much of critical time after ballot to answer all of inquiries from one BAD person that was trying to prove only bad location are alloted to everyone.
Just imagine how many hours time wasted to help answer 43 posts some times having 5 plots in each post.

If someone is not willing to share email or phone no via email or contact form we are sorry we cant help you either. Other people here can answer your plots assessments. We try to look for overseas IP address now and only those IP address get an answer to inquiries here. If someone is in Pakistan he could make a 1 to 5 Rs call to us for knowing million worth property today's price.

Tariq Mahmood sahib I can understand your reaction but you still not trying to understand what problems we are facing with fake inquires. I am not saying your inquiry is fake. I was trying to tell you what we are generally going through and so we have slowed on online answering.

To me P-1065 dimension are not looking bad. In market plots like these are hard to sell even when they are corners. But I have seen real people that wanna build a dream house try their best to look for longer fronts like your plot has a long front. I wish you had a just a little more room on one side for a side gate/ entrance as well.

There are many rumors from different people but Eden management is still working on different projects but the pace is little bit slow as usual like other societies.
